A Meal or Food You Really Like
It is a type of elongated dough (pasta), small in width and flattened in shape. The sauce is tomato, I like it with minced onion and minced meat.
Cook the noodles in a pot with boiled water and add salt, in a pan fry the ground beef with the onion and when they are ready, lower the heat and add the tomato sauce. After a few minutes, turn off the heat. With cooked noodles, serve with sauce and eat.
I like it a lot, because it is a simple and cheap meal to make and of course very delicious.
Pasta is a fundamental source of carbohydrates, one of the basic nutrients in our diet, for energy. However, when we buy them, we always have to look at the amount they contain, since eating a lot of carbohydrates can make you fat.
